  • References to "we", "us", "our" refer to KingZone Express.
  • References to "you", "your" refer to the user of our Platform.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
  • The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must register for an account by providing:

  • Your full legal name
  • Valid Pakistani mobile number
  • Active email address (optional but recommended)
  • Delivery address within our service areas

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities under your account are your responsibility
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity

Security Notice: Never share your OTP, password, or account details with anyone. KingZone Express will never ask for this information via phone call or SMS.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 General Eligibility

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or 13-17 with parental consent
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You reside in Pakistan within our service areas
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

3.2 Age Restrictions

  • Users under 13 years are not permitted to create accounts
  • Users aged 13-17 require parental supervision and consent
  • Age-restricted products require age verification

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Placement

The ordering process involves the following steps:

  1. Product selection and addition to cart
  2. Review of order summary and total amount
  3. Selection of delivery address and time slot
  4. Choice of payment method (COD or online)
  5. Confirmation through OTP verification
  6. Order processing and status updates

4.2 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after OTP verification
  • Confirmation SMS/email is sent upon successful order placement
  • Order modifications may be allowed within 30 minutes of placement
  • Cancellation policies apply as per Section 7

4.3 Order Limitations

  • Minimum order value: Rs. 299/-
  • Maximum COD limit: Rs. 15,000/- per order
  • Maximum items per order: 20 products
  • Special restrictions may apply during promotions

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Pricing Policy

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include:

  • Product price as listed by the seller
  • Applicable sales tax as per Pakistani law
  • Delivery charges based on location and order value
  • Any additional service charges

Price Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.

  • Standard delivery: Rs. 99/- for orders below Rs. 1,999/-

  • Remote area surcharge may apply

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery personnel will contact you 15-30 minutes before arrival
  • OTP verification is mandatory for order receipt
  • Inspect packages before accepting delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Violating any Pakistani laws or regulations

8.2 Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for:

  • Discrimination based on gender, religion, or ethnicity
  • Sexual harassment of any kind
  • Threats or violence against staff or delivery personnel
  • Fraudulent activities including chargeback fraud

Consequences: Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8.3 Content Guidelines

  • Reviews must be genuine and factual
  • No defamatory or false information
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • No promotion of illegal activities

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to KingZone Express, including:

  • Website design and layout
  • Mobile application code and interface
  • Brand name, logo, and trademarks
  • Content, images, and graphics
  • Business processes and algorithms

9.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit
  • You grant us license to use content for platform operations
  • Reviews and ratings may be displayed publicly
  • We may remove inappropriate content without notice

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 General Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the order value
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or products
  • Force majeure events exempt us from liability

10.2 Product Liability

  • Sellers are responsible for product quality and safety
  • We act as intermediary between buyers and sellers
  • Product complaints are handled through our resolution process

  4. Legal Action: Courts in Bahawalpur have exclusive jurisdiction

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class or representative action.
